Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. International or Overseas Shipping
We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
