Karihome Infant Goat Milk Formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed and should only be used on the advice from professionals.

 

Follow-on Goat Milk Formula is only suitable for babies over 6 months as part of a mixed diet.

Growing-Up Goat Milk Formula is suitable for young children from 1-3 years and Pre-School Goat Milk Formula is suitable for children above 3 years old, as part of a healthy balanced diet.

 

Natural Nutrition

Goat milk contains high level of nucletiodes, sialic acid and taurine naturally which are vital for the health and well-being of the children. Goat’s milk is also innately high in calcium which is the essential mineral for healthy bone growth.

Easier to Digest

Goat milk forms softer curds which can be digested more readily than dense cow milk curd. Goat milk can be digested about a third of time faster than cow milk. In addition to that, goat’s milk also contains natural CPP (Casein Phosphopeptides) which helps with mineral absorption.

Reduce Allergenic Burden

Goat’s milk contains lesser allergens than cow’s milk, thus the chance of getting allergy reaction by goat’s milk consumer is lower. Many children who experienced itchy skin and rashes after drinking cow’s milk had fewer and less severe reaction when they switched to goat’s milk.

It Improves Tummy Health

Order Processing Time and Standard Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT+8:00) should be received within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Order processing may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons. 

Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.

Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.

There are times where order processing time will take longer than usual, such as Pre-Order items or hot selling items that may run out of stock. Should there be such a situation, Siang Pharmacy will contact you to on the soonest available date. If you do not agree to wait for the provided date, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund to you. Please refer to the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

We will ensure that all products that are shipped have proper packaging but we do not warranty that damages or poor handling by third parties may occur during transit. Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, especially during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, riot, state of emergency, movement control order or abrupt termination of the third party services). Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed or unless the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier service. 

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

International or Overseas Shipping

We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
