How to use:
Firstly, turn the patient over to the other side and unfold the rest of the diaper. Secondly, lay down the patient over the spread out diaper. Thirdly, fold the diaper over the patient’s stomach and fasten it into place with adhesive tapes. Lastly, adjust the diaper around the waist and legs until a comfortable fit is achieved.

Order Processing Time and Standard Shipping
Most orders are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT+8:00) should be received within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Order processing may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons.
Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.
Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.

Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed or unless the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier service.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to use commode chair
- Lock the commode chair’s wheels.
- Ensure that the container is tucked beneath the seat.
- Before using the container, fill it with a small amount of water. This makes cleaning the container later much easier.
- Assist the person in getting out of bed and onto the toilet. If necessary, wear a gait belt.
- Keep an eye on the person for safety reasons, or give them a bell to ring when they are finished or require assistance.
- If necessary, assist your loved one in wiping. Cleaning with wet wipes may be more effective than with toilet paper.
- If you assist your loved one in wiping, change your gloves if they are soiled. Some people prefer to wipe with long-handled wipes on their own.
- Assist your loved one in getting off the toilet. Slowly turn your loved one back to the bed or chair, and then sit.
- Pour the contents of the commode bucket into the toilet.
- Using a disinfectant diluted with water, rinse and wash the commode bucket or basin. Allow the commode to air dry.
