For sensitive skin, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. ■ This sheet must be used with parental supervision when using on infant. ■ Be careful that infant does not place the sheet in the mouth or cover the mouth or nose with the sheet. ■ The sheet may not adhere tightly to the skin if placed on perspiring skin, or when powder or a similar substance has been applied to the skin. ■ Always wipe skin clean, before applying the sheet. ■ Do not place the sheets in the freezer. ■ The sheets may be cut to the desired size using scissors. ⏩ Other Information ■ Keep unused gel sheets in the pouch and fold open side twice for the storage. ■ Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. ■ Keep out of reach of children . ■ Fold the adhesive side of the used gel sheet in half and throw it away. Order Processing Time and Standard Shipping
Most orders are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT+8:00) should be received within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Order processing may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons.
Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.
Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.
There are times where order processing time will take longer than usual, such as Pre-Order items or hot selling items that may run out of stock. Should there be such a situation, Siang Pharmacy will contact you to on the soonest available date. If you do not agree to wait for the provided date, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund to you. Please refer to the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more details.
We will ensure that all products that are shipped have proper packaging but we do not warranty that damages or poor handling by third parties may occur during transit. Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, especially during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, riot, state of emergency, movement control order or abrupt termination of the third party services). Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed or unless the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier service.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
International or Overseas Shipping
We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to East Malaysia is restricted to selected items, typically for items below a volumetric weight of 30kg. Should there be any special request, you may contact us at 011-21689983.

Please refer to the shipping fee calculated upon check out. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of each purchased product.
