Designed for single use
It is important to inject your insulin according to the recommendations given to you by your nurse or doctor. Consult them about the needle length and the injection technique most appropriate for you.
Good Injection Guide :
1. First wash your hands.
2. Attach the new needle onto the pen. Remove the outer and inner needle shield.
3. Make sure you rotate between injection sites.
4. Prime your pen as recommended and dial the required dose.
5. Pinch your skin, if recommended and insert the needle at a 90 ยบ angle.
6. Push the button down completely. Keep the button pressed down, count slowly to 10 before removing.
7. Carefully replace the outer cap.
8. Dispose of the needle in a suitable sharps container.

Order Processing Time and Standard Shipping
Most orders are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT+8:00) should be received within 1-7 business days.ย Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).ย Order processing may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons.ย

Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.

Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 businessย days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, especially during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, riot, state of emergency, movement control order or abrupt termination of the third party services). Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed or unless the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier service.ย
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
International or Overseas Shipping
We do not provideย any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shippingย arrangementsย will be the responsibility of the customer.
