Smecta Go can be used for up to 3 days. If diarrhea persists for more than 3 days, you should see a doctor. Treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults: up to 3 sachets per day. Without consultation with a doctor, treatment with Smecta should not last longer than 2 weeks.
